The Anvil Team invites you into an opportunity to join the front lines as we fight for the hearts of men at The Anvil Men’s Boot Camp. As an Anvil alum or someone who has walked in this message and is fighting for men’s hearts, you have been personally chosen to walk with us as a part of the conference team. These roles include serving as our conference Intercessory Team (I-Team), Medic Team, and/or Free Time Team. Below is brief description of the roles. Please prayerfully consider joining our team. The I-Team and Medic roles will serve together, unless you indicate you prefer one over the other below. You can complete the sign-up form below:

Medic Team:
Team members are assigned appointments to meet with/listen to ad pray with men who request additional encouragement during free time on Friday and Saturday. Medics may have two or three assigned appointments during the weekend. This role is a not as a counselor or advice giver. It is built around availability and listening to a man’s heart and as lead, asking questions. There will be specific training on this role in pre-weekend Zoom calls and on site training once on the grounds.

I-Team:
Members of this team will begin meeting months before the event via Zoom calls to begin praying over every aspect of the event. This team continues to pray during the event over each room, chair, bed, and talk throughout the entire weekend. Requires weekly Zoom calls 8-10 weeks leading up to the weekend and early arrival. Team will be housed together.

Free Time Team:
This team’s role is creating an environment where God arranges for play and adventure. This is a critical time where many men feel they can “try something” for the first time, take a risk, be creative…all in the beauty of God’s creation. This role involves assisting with one or more of the free-time activities being offered. If you have particular activity/gifting that you feel you could bring or help guide men in (ie. fishing, axe throwing, archery), this may be for you. This is a fluid role that will adapt based on availability and need. Plan to join a couple of pre-event Zoom calls to coordinate and pray.
